Rooms are very Large and have good comfort Great delf made waffels at breakfast

Swimming pool was not clean

Comfortable carpet and pillows, fantastic bathroom with amenities, great lobby area and wonderful breakfast, hotel staff was super flexible with storing our luggage past our check-out time and allowing for a late check-out given an unexpected change in our flight time

Usual good quality Hampton Inn offer. Good size Double Queen suited our family well.

Unusually room was not fresh and clean enough - room required a deep cleaning following a previous guest

The staff was amazing! They helped us find a great place for dinner very friendly.

The staff was polite and professional, and were more than helpful. The building and grounds looked inviting.

The room refrigerator needs to be secured so it doesn't pull out of it's enclosure, when opening it's door. The desk sliding drawer will not stay closed, i believe you need to level the unit.

It's very clean and it had Evrything I requested and then sum. It very clean and it didn't smell like OLd motel.

Breakfest buffets ends at 9am lmao

Everything. Staff so friendly. Room was fantastic. Great type of kitchenette in room. Even a spa bath in room. Desk etc. was really nice and so clean. There is an amazing restaurant near by ( need a car) called Aroha. A must to go to. Best food ever. Malibu approx 20 min away. So pleased we stayed here

Breakfast was ok but not as good as I expected

More variety of foods at breakfast.

The beds & pillows were comfy, the room well appointed, clean & I will definitely stay here next time I need to be back in the area. My sister left her iPad in the room & we didn't realize it until we were an hour down the road. Housekeeping had given it to the front desk & they are shipping it to me. That is great service..(thanks to Dana for going above & beyond). We experienced a pleasant & friendly staff, a nice room & the free breakfast had plenty of options to choose from...so nice to find a reasonably priced hotel in that locale.
